This studio album is a selection of songs written and recorded over a 4 year period and features backing vocals from Jo Lacey, Amanda Mitchell, Jules Englesman, Ursula Smith, Jemima Woolgar, Rachel Manzi, Edi Mandala, Sandy Holder and MC plus sax from Marion with lead vocals, keyboards, piano, percussion, beats and loops by Mike Chantler
