LOOP THE MOON bring their unique blend of funky house and soulful Latin jazz with percussive keys, irresistable grooves and vibrant vocal harmonies to create an uplifting set of original tunes, instant melodies and inspiring lyrics delivered with warmth and passion. The words tell stories of hope and liberation, personal and collective struggles, natural highs, positive vibes, challenges and celebrations, embracing many musical genres and carried along with stylish rhythms and beats.
|
All kinds of influences flow through the tunes from rare groove to acid jazz to soulful house to electro funk to swing to gospel to Stevie Wonder to Prince to Cameo to Basement Jaxx to Sly and The Family Stone to Moloko with added funky flavours reminiscient of Jamiroquai, Incognito, John Legend and Paolo Nutini.
